Project Name: Chandler Heights Rd & Shamrock Estates/Seville Blvd Intersection

Construction Cost: $412,977.90

Description: CS Construction was the Prime Contractor for constructing a new traffic signal at an existing intersection. Work included removal and replacement of sidewalk ramps to bring the intersection in compliance with current ADA Standards and adding a wider valley gutter to accommodate proper drainage. The project also modified and added new signage and pavement markings to better assist pedestrian and vehicular traffic with the new traffic intersection configuration.
