Project Name: Loop 303 Design Build – US 60 to Happy Valley

Construction Cost: $1,719,400.00

Description: CS Construction, Inc., in partnership with FNF as the General Contractor, worked to provide a complete Lighting, FMS, and Signage package along these projects limits:

  • Trench and Backfill over 175,000 lf of conduit for ADOT FMS, ADOT Lighting, and City of Surprise facilities

  • Installation of Ramp Lighting, Median U-Pole Lighting, and High Mast Light Poles

  • Conducted both plan and contractibility review with GC and Designer during design phase

  • Revamp the Existing Freeway Sign Infrastructure
