Description: CS Construction, Inc. was proud to perform the concrete work for the Roosevelt Dam themed water feature at the Grand at Papago Park, on a great team lead by General Contractor JE Dunn. The water feature is the centerpiece of the 58 acre development located in the heart of the Phoenix-Tempe metropolitan area. The water feature even includes a simulated dam water release and is surrounded by recreational pathways, stunning LED lighting effects and the SRP Grand Canal. In a previous phase of the project, CS Construction, Inc. did the concrete work to relocate the Grand Canal and add aesthetic treatments to facilitate this project.
