CS Construction invests significantly and continuously in safety education and awareness. Not because it is mandated, but because CSCI believes that a well-trained, well-educated and alert workforce creates a safe work environment. That translates to more on the job confidence and gives us the ability to deliver the highest quality product to our clients.

In our exclusive training facility each employee is trained in safety procedures. CSCI maintains an extensive reference library for employees to keep current with safety guidelines, rules and regulations. Each new work site project begins with a safety orientation. Job site safety audits are conducted on a regular basis. Site specific hazards are identified through these safety reviews and audits. CS Construction performs standard materials testing in compliance with ADOT and MAG specifications. All project managers and superintendents are proficient in ADOT, SCF, OSHA and MAG standards and specifications.

Safety and loss prevention is job one at CS Construction. The leadership team of CSCI is dedicated to accident and damage prevention, implementing a comprehensive approach to job safety. CSCI Safety Director reports directly to the President of CS Construction and works with the company leadership team, employees and clients to provide safe and productive job site.
