C S Construction, Inc. is a licensed commercial general engineering contractor specializing in structural concrete, roadway electrical and underground installations. In addition to Arizona, we hold general contractors licenses in the States of California and Nevada.

WE SPECIALIZE IN DIVERSITY. C S Construction, Inc. has developed over the years into a truly diverse contracting company, ranging from single barrel box culverts to four lane superstructures and from residential street lighting to freeway traffic management systems. Our commitment to diversity has established us as a true leader in the industry.

HISTORY:

Incorporated in 1980, the depth of knowledge cultivated by our years of experience prepares us to meet the unique challenges and numerous tasks involved with each new project.

Our broad range of expertise has evolved from the company’s inception, where concrete box culverts and catch basins were our specialty. CSCI began performing major bridge work as a prime contractor with the completion of the 7th Avenue Bridge over the Salt River in 1986, and was also the first prime contractor to complete the initial section of the Arizona Canal Diversion Channel with over 20,000 cubic yards of concrete. The growth of our company during this time was facilitated by superior management personnel, field supervision, and highly skilled union tradespersons; the ongoing keys to our success. In 1994, the Traffic and Lighting division was launched. This new division was to be responsible for providing high quality traffic signal, signing, and street lighting systems for both the private and public communities.

CS Technologies, a new division of CS Construction, was introduced in 2004 and is responsible for the looking into the future and staying ahead of ground breaking new technologies in our ever-changing world of communications.

To handle the diverse range of projects we now perform, we have assembled a team of seasoned and experienced estimators, project managers, superintendents and field personnel who uphold our commitment to high quality and on-schedule performance.

Built on a solid foundation and growing in business each year, CSCI has continued to maintain high standards while producing an unparalleled level of quality work. With a 40 million dollar bonding capacity, we are positioned to perform projects large or small. CSCI has never failed to complete a contract and has the capability, equipment and resources necessary to perform all areas of work in our specialized fields.

CSCI prequalifies annually for work with The Arizona Department of Transportation. In addition to an extensive list of ADOT projects throughout the State of Arizona, CSCI regularly performs work for the City of Phoenix and its surrounding communities, as well as work for privately owned companies.
